Our Varallo CDs come complete with the following: ASCII Transcript Text (.TXT) RealLegal E-Transcript File (.PTX) RealLegal E-Transcript Viewer (.EXE) PDF Scanned Exhibits (.PDF) Announcement - September 1, 2006 Varallo Incorporated and DiscoveryWorks Legal join forces. DiscoveryWorks Legal has acquired Varallo Incorporated. Varallo will now be able to offer a complete slate of litigation services to support all phases from documents to discovery to the courtroom. Varallo operations are regional and support Philadelphia and the surrounding counties. Offices are located in Philadelphia, Media, and West Chester, Pennsylvania. DiscoveryWorks supports the East Coast with US offices in Philadelphia and New York. DiscoveryWorks also owns and operates its own processing facility in St. Vincent, the Grenadines. The St. Vincent facility offers Electronic Discovery, Document Coding, Data Entry, Video Synchronization, and Audio Transcription.
