Company Profile

Three generations of court reporting
For over 46 years, Varallo Incorporated has blended three factors: the latest technology, quality performance, and the highest levels of personal service in the industry.
- In the early 1960s, one of the areas highly respected court reporters established his own firm, Vincent Varallo & Associates. It has grown steadily year after year and today, it represents one of the larger court reporting firms on the East Coast.
- Varallo's central product is verbatim transcript of pre-trial
discovery depositions. We deliver to meet your requirements,
from Realtime translation - instantaneous translation delivered
to your laptop computer, allowing you to simultaneously view and
search the deposition text. With a PC on site, an accurate transcript
can be distributed minutes after the proceeding is completed. Of course
, we also provide the more traditional daily copy (overnight),
three-day, five-day, or standard ten-day delivery. We deliver in the
format best suited for you - full hard copy, Min-U-Script®, or
computer diskettes in any format.
Despite our emphasis on technology, we are a people-to-people firm -
high caliber people providing the best possible service to our clients.
Each member of our reporting staff must pass an extended and
comprehensive screening process. We assist them with extensive
ongoing training and certification.
